The Biggest Improver Challenge

The Biggest Improver Challenge is designed to motivate, educate and empower participants to lose weight, make better food choices, improve fitness and reduce current and/or potential health risk factors.

Individual goals will be set according to an initial Bio Age result (as seen on Biggest Loser TV show) and through the use of the program pack. The aim is to improve the employee’s Bio Age result over a 12 week period resulting in reduced health risk.
